Where bulk mode stands

The paste-a-list version isn't built yet. We're building it for people who need it, so if you want it, tap “Yes, I want this” above and leave your email. We'll write once, when it works. Until then, the maker on this page makes one code at a time, free, as many times as you like.

Making a batch today, one link at a time

  1. Keep your links in a spreadsheet, one per row, with a name for each code in the next column.
  2. Paste the first link into the box above.
  3. Pick a logo if you want one: a ready-made one or your own, both free.
  4. Download the PNG, or the SVG if the codes are going to print.
  5. Rename the file to match the row, then paste the next link. Your logo stays on, so each code after the first takes about a minute.

Will the codes stop working?

No. Each code holds the link itself, with no redirect server in between, so there is nothing to switch off or bill you for later. The code keeps working as long as the page it points to is up.

Printing a set of codes

Use the SVG for labels, badges and anything larger than a business card, since it stays sharp at any size. Leave a white border around each code, and print a test sheet and scan a few with your phone before you print the whole run.

When you need to change links after printing

A static code can't be changed once it's printed. If the links might move, point every code at pages you control (a page on your own site per item) and change those pages instead of the codes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I make bulk QR codes for free?

Making codes here is free, with no sign-up and no limit. Today you make them one at a time. The paste-a-list bulk download is coming soon; tap “Yes, I want this” to hear when it's ready.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no login. You only leave an email if you want to hear when bulk mode is ready.

Do the QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes with the link inside, so they keep working with no subscription.

Can I add my logo to every code?

Yes, free. Pick a ready-made logo or upload your own once, and it stays on for every code you make in that visit.

PNG or SVG for printing?

SVG for print, since it scales to any size. PNG works for screens, email and documents.

Will bulk mode take a CSV or spreadsheet?

That's the plan: paste a column of links (or a CSV) and download one zip with every code named by row. If that's what you need, tap “Yes, I want this” above so we know to build it.
